Error 227
i keep getting error i've been of the game for some time and got back in it by buying the trilogy i recoverd my account and all that and tried it i got this 227 error i tried resetting the password that didn't help and contacting support will take 5 years so i'm at a lost and not happy any suggestions

Isn't Error 227 the general "disconnected" error? If it is, I'd recommend checking your modem, router, and cables. Updating the firmware for your network card might help, too.

Either you're typing in the username and password incorrectly, or using the wrong password. here's links in there to some more articles. If you're still having problems, Only Anet support will be able to help you. Have your game keys at the ready. |
